In the left box of your table, go to Insert → Image to add your brand logo or image. Adjust the width to your preference. Opt for a JPG format with a small file size for efficiency.
Step 4: Add Your Information & Social Links
Input your name, contact details, business name, job title, and website link. Link social media icons directly to your profiles by inserting them as images and adding URL links. Stick to a standard font for readability.
Step 5: Fine-Tune and Paste Into Gmail
Remove table borders in Google Docs to ensure a clean appearance. Copy your signature design and navigate to Gmail settings. Open Gmail. Click on the gear icon in the top right of your screen (desktop). Scroll down and to “Signature”. Create a new signature and paste your design. Save to automatically append it to your outgoing emails.
By following these steps, you'll have a professional email signature that enhances your brand presence and can be easily updated as needed. Best of all, it's a cost-effective solution that adds a touch of professionalism to your email communications.
